SAT
SAT
Reasoning Test (formerly SAT I)
The SAT Reasoning Test measures verbal and mathematical reasoning skills and is
required by slightly fewer that 50% of colleges and universities in the US
for admission of international students. However, most universities that
award financial aid require the SAT Reasoning Test in order to consider
an international applicant for financial aid. For more information about
the test visit the College Board
website.
SAT Subject Tests (formerly SAT II)
SAT Subject tests measure how much
students know about a particular academic subject and how well they can
apply that knowledge. In most cases, the more competitive
universities require this test. If an international applicant plans
on applying for financial aid then this test may be required as well. For more information about the tests
visit the College Board website.
