APPLY TO THE UNIVERSITIES Deadlines may start as early as October or November the year before students begin their studies. If students are planning on applying for assistantships or other funding then deadlines may be even earlier. Updated information about deadlines can be found on each university's website. In most cases students can apply online directly through the university website or download their applications from the university websites. Our free 1½ hour
University Information Session covers this topic thoroughly and
also addresses what institutions consider when reviewing
applications. Graduate admissions decisions are not all made in
the same way at every institution, but in most cases decisions about
admission and assistantships are made within the individual departments
and are then forwarded to the Graduate Admissions office. More

also address the issue of
accreditation, which is something every prospective student should check
before applying to any institution. |
